Customer downloads

Let customers download their invoice after checkout, in their account and from emails.

Customers can download their own invoices, so you don't get "can you send my invoice?" emails. Turn everything on or off at once with Let customers download their invoices in Settings → Download buttons. Customers only ever see issued invoices, through a link that expires after 15 minutes.

Thank-you page

On Home, click Open checkout editor next to the thank-you page, then add the InvoiceHop block. In the block settings, choose the button style (primary, secondary or plain link), an icon, your own label and whether it's full width. Colors follow your checkout branding.

Customer account

Add the InvoiceHop block to the order status page the same way. It has the same button settings.

Order confirmation email

In Settings → Download buttons, set the button text and color, copy the code and paste it into your order confirmation template in Shopify (Open notifications).
