Uninstalling and your data

What happens to your invoices when you uninstall.

As Shopify requires, all your InvoiceHop data is deleted 48 hours after you uninstall: invoices, credit notes, PDFs and settings. If you reinstall within those 48 hours, everything is still there.

Before uninstalling, export your documents from the Invoices page (CSV, Excel or a ZIP of PDFs) or save them to Google Drive. Keep them as long as your local law requires: ten years in France.
