Set up InvoiceHop in five minutes

Install the app, add your company details and issue your first invoice.

InvoiceHop creates an invoice for every Shopify order. Here's everything you need to do once.

1. Install InvoiceHop from the Shopify App Store and open it from Apps in your Shopify admin.
2. Go to Settings → My account. Upload your logo and fill in your company name, address and tax numbers. InvoiceHop already copied your store name, email and time zone from Shopify.
3. In Settings → Orders & invoicing, choose when invoices are issued: when an order is created, paid or fulfilled, or only when you click Issue.
4. Open Templates, pick a design and set its colors, fonts and the details printed on it.
5. Back on Home, add the download buttons so customers can get their invoice themselves. See Customer downloads.

That's it. Your next order gets a draft invoice right away, and it's issued at the moment you chose.
