My account: company details

Logo, legal details, address, tax numbers and bank details.

Settings → My account holds the seller details printed on your documents. Nothing is required: use the Show switches to choose what appears.

Logo

PNG or JPEG, up to 500 KB. It's used on every template.

Business details

Choose the country of your business first: field labels and legal mentions follow it. For example, France shows SIREN, SIRET, RCS city and share capital; Belgium shows the KBO/BCE company number; the Netherlands the KvK number. Then fill in your company name, legal form and VAT or tax ID.

Contact and location

Address, phone number, email and time zone. Invoice dates follow this time zone.

Bank details

Your IBAN and BIC, printed when you turn on bank details in your template.
