Templates and design

Pick a design for invoices and credit notes and make it yours.

InvoiceHop has eight templates. Invoices and credit notes can each use a different one: on Templates, pick the document type at the top, then click Select on a design.

Customize a template

Click Edit on a template to change, with a live preview:

  • Logo, accent color, body and title fonts.
  • Header style, decoration, page style, address blocks, items table and total.
  • A footer bar with your contact details.
  • Which details are printed: order number, PO number, due date, email, VAT number, company ID, product images, SKU, unit price, VAT rate column, payment terms and bank details.
  • Your thank-you message and footer text.
