Find, download and export invoices

Search, filters, bulk actions, ZIP downloads and exports for your accountant.

The Invoices page lists every invoice and credit note, newest first.

Search and filter

• Search by invoice number, order number, company, VAT number or purchase order number.
• Filter by type (invoices or credit notes) and by status: draft, issued or credited.
• Choose how many rows to show per page.

Row actions

Each row has buttons to print and download the PDF. The ⋯ menu has more, such as emailing the document or downloading its e-invoice files.

Bulk actions

Select documents with the checkboxes (or act on your whole search) to email them to customers, save them to Google Drive or download them together as a ZIP. Drafts are skipped: only issued documents are sent.

Export for your accountant

Export downloads the current list as CSV or Excel, with one row per document and a VAT summary.
