Invoices on the order page

See documents and fix buyer details without leaving the order.

The InvoiceHop invoices block shows an order's invoices and credit notes on the order page in your Shopify admin. To add it, open any order, scroll to Blocks, add InvoiceHop invoices and pin it.

Edit buyer details

Click Edit buyer details in the block (or find it under More actions at the top of the order) to set the company name, VAT number, company ID, PO number and Peppol ID.

  • If the invoice is still a draft, it's updated right away.
  • If it's already issued, open it and use Credit and re-issue to apply the new details.
  • A Peppol ID you enter is also saved on the customer for their next orders.
